3. Repair Duration and Appointments: Display replacements for this specific model requires a Mail-in to Apple. These repairs take a turn around of 3-5 business days on average but may take longer unexpectedly. 

4. Warranty Details: We provide a 2-year warranty within Australia for display replacements. In the unlikely event of a defective display, we will replace it free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover physical damage or user-inflicted issues.

Before bringing in your device for repair, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Back up your iPhone's data: To prevent any potential data loss during the repair process, it is mandatory to back up all your important files and information, as the device will be returned in a factory default state without any user data for this specific repair type.
