Apptech is a fully Apple Authorised Service Provider. We provide both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs using genuine Apple service parts. All service technicians are fully Apple certified and have many years of experience repairing Apple products.

 

Things You Should Know Prior to Service:

All work is conducted in-house unless otherwise specified, and your equipment will be in good hands and well looked after while in our care. Apple Limited Warranty and Australian Consumer Law cover hardware defects, such as manufacturing defects or faults that are not caused by user-caused damages. If you own an AppleCare+ Protection Plan, hardware replacements or repairs can be provided at a reduced cost when damaged or under warranty, as long as there are no user-caused damages. Software is not covered under these warranties. Prior to your arrival, it is recommended to have your device backed up to ensure the safety of your data. Hardware repairs on most Apple products require FindMy locks to be removed prior to service.
