If any issues are found during the testing process that will result in Out-of-warranty costs, we will inform you about the necessary steps required to resolve them and provide you with a clear understanding of any associated costs involved.
If your AirPods are still covered under warranty, we will proceed with resolving the identified issues for you. This means you won't have to worry about the costs or the hassle of dealing with the problems yourself.
If your AirPods are Out-of-warranty we have a minimum fee of A$20 for diagnosis.
